Absolutely! You can use out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality with any of the ORIGAMI templates and apps.
Yes! You can view ORIGAMI apps within Teams.
On a backend, ORIGAMI uses native SharePoint lists and libraries to store documents and data. PowerAutomate / Flow, PowerApp, PowerBI, Dynamics365 and other Microsoft tools natively work with those lists and libraries. You can add a mix of ORIGAMI and any other apps on sites and pages. ORIGAMI doesn’t preclude any enhancements or integrations with SharePoint, and you have a choice of any provider to build those enhancements for you.
No. ORIGAMI doesn't host your apps and it's not a cloud service provider, so FedRAMP certification doesn't apply. SharePoint Online is a cloud service and Microsoft has a FedRAMP certification.
